Congratulations to IDEAL AGENT, this year's No. 1 USF Fast 56 business — for the second year in a row!

Led by Bull leaders CEO Steve Johnston, '95; co-founder and CTO Zavier Rodriguez, '99; and co-founder and VP of IT Gavin Scott, '00. Ideal agent was established in 2016. The company saves home buyers and sellers thousands of dollars in commissions through its nationwide network of top local agents.

The Fast 56 awards, now in its 11th year, recognizes the 56 fastest-growing Bull-led businesses. All 56 businesses and their Bull leaders were celebrated Sept. 8 in a dramatic countdown to the No. 1 fastest-growing. The top 10 companies are:
