The Golden Guard Society is a USF Alumni Association recognition group that honors alums celebrating their 50-year graduation milestone. The society was established in 2013 to recognize the university's first graduating class of 1963. A new alumni class is formally inducted into the society at a class reunion and induction ceremony each year. The classes of 1972 and 1973 were inducted into the Golden Guard Society on December 6, 2023.
The reunion lunch and ceremony to honor the class of 1974 will take place on Dec. 10 at 11 a.m. Graduates can learn more and RSVP below.
We are excited to introduce Brightcrowd, our digital yearbook, as part of the 50th Reunion experience. Share a little about yourself, upload photos, and connect with fellow classmates before we gather in person. This is your chance to catch up, reminisce, and celebrate 50 years of memories. The book will remain open to view indefinitely and there is no cost to participate. Importantly, this is a closed group and only members of the Class of 1974 can post their profiles and read what other classmates have posted. Class of 1974 members will receive an email invitation with a personalized link to confirm their email address and instructions on how to create a page. If you did not receive an email, please contact us at alumni@usf.edu.
