Congratulations on becoming a student member of the USF Alumni Association. You’ve made a smart investment in your future and the future of your university. 
To help guide you through your first few weeks of membership, we have provided answers to several frequently asked questions.

I have joined the Student Alumni Association. What happens next?
You will receive a welcome email that will explain how to access your digital membership card. If you have not received your email within a week of joining, contact AlumniMemberServices@usf.edu for assistance.

I have joined as a Student Life Member. What happens next?
Your Student Life Membership includes a membership in  the Student Alumni Association.  You will receive a welcome email that will explain your benefits as a Life Member and how to access your digital membership card.  If you have not received your email within a week of joining, contact AlumniMemberServices@usf.edu for assistance.

How do I access my digital membership card?
Download the Horns Up mobile app! You will use your USF ID number and first and last names to create an account and log in. Be sure to select “YES” to receive notifications about events, discounts, tailgates and giveaways.
