Life Membership Information

Thank you for becoming a Life Member of the USF Alumni Association! You have joined an elite group of alumni and friends who LOVE USF and are dedicated to supporting its ongoing success. Your membership helps protect USF, increases the value of your USF degree and contributes to the educational enrichment of future generations of Bulls. To help guide you through your first few weeks of membership, we have provided answers to several frequently asked questions.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

When can I expect my Life Membership materials?
USF Alumni Association Life Members will receive a packet in the mail two to three weeks after their first payment. 

Why do I have a charge from the USF Foundation on my credit card statement?
If you paid for your membership by credit card, the transaction will appear on your statement as USF Foundation, which serves as the fiscal agent for USF and the USF Alumni Association.

How do I access my benefits now?
Visit the Alumni Member Services “contact us” form at https://usfalumni.org/about/contact and select the Current Life Member Benefit Access option. We will verify your Life Member status and send you the benefit access codes. If you cannot access the contact us form, feel free to email or call us for assistance.
 
It's been more than two weeks since I made my first payment/paid for Life Membership and I haven't received anything in the mail.
Contact Alumni Member Services and let us know that you joined more than two weeks ago and have not received your materials. Please include your full name and email address. We will let you know when you should receive your materials or, if necessary, request new materials for you.

I am paying for my Life Membership on an installment plan. How can I check on the number of remaining payments I have left? 
Contact Alumni Member Services to determine how many payments remain before your membership is paid in full. Please include your full name, email address, or membership number (if known). 

Can I pay off my Life Membership early?
Absolutely! Contact Alumni Member Services and let us know you would like to pay your outstanding balance. Please include your full name, email address and membership number (if known). We can take your payment over the phone or email you a personalized payment link.

How do I change the credit card I have on file for my Life Membership installment payments?
Contact Alumni Member Services to let us know you would like to change your form of payment. Please include your full name, email address and membership number (if known). 
We can make this change over the phone or email you a personalized credit card update link. When changing your credit card payment method, the initial payment will occur on the date you update your form of payment. Subsequent payments will occur monthly from that date until your membership is fully paid.
