The Golden Guard Society is a USF Alumni Association recognition group that honors alums celebrating their 50-year graduation milestone. The society was established in 2013 to recognize the university's first graduating class of 1963. A new alumni class is formally inducted into the society at a class reunion and induction ceremony each year.

Established in 2004, this prestigious award celebrates the accomplishments of USF's youngest alumni. The awards event, which includes an entertaining and informative recipients' panel discussion, provides an enrichment opportunity for students and an engaging networking opportunity for students, alumni and friends.
A long-standing USF Alumni Association tradition is to annually recognize and celebrate outstanding alumni and community leaders who have made a significant contribution to the university and the community. The USF Alumni Awards are the university's highest awards for alumni and community members.
