The mission of the USF Library and Information Science (LIS) Alumni Society is to partner with the USF School of Information in facilitating networking, professional development, and student assistance opportunities for USF LIS Alumni around the world. The USF SI Alumni Society is committed to serving its members by scheduling speakers who are leaders in the library field, assisting the School of Information in developing curriculum, providing mentorship opportunities for students, and funding of student scholarships.
