USFSP Business Alumni Cited for Leadership
In accepting the award for U.S. Entrepreneurship Educator of the Year, USF St. Petersburg's Bill Jackson made note of several people who've contributed to the amazing success of the university's Entrepreneurship Program. They include Nathan Schwagler, MS '10, above left, the program's Creative-in-Residence, and Alumni Association Life Member Daniel James Scott, '00, MBA '02, MS '06, above, former associate director of the program. 4 Science Students Receive MLK Scholarship
Four students who share a penchant for science/health, volunteerism and leadership are the 2015 recipients of the USF Alumni Association's Martin Luther King Jr. Scholarship. They received their awards Jan. 23 during USF's MLK Dedication Luncheon, which capped a week of celebrations in honor of the civil rights icon.
